Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your KODAK device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and protective inserts to ensure it arrives safely.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned electronics, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
